Job Overview:

​We are seeking a skilled Home Renovator to join our team. As a vital member of our company, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of home renovation projects, from minor updates to full-scale transformations. From concept to completion, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results that exceed our clients' expectations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various renovation tasks and possess a strong understanding of construction principles.

We are seeking someone who has some (ideally all) of the following experience, must meet the following criteria:

• Installing Bathrooms, Kitchens and other rooms.

• Basic Carpentry - Including framing rooms/basements, etc.

• Basic Plumbing - Such as installing vanity, toilet, shower and tubs.

• Basic Electrical.

• Flooring - Including Tiling and hardwood/laminate/vinyl. Casings and boards.

• Painting/Mudding/Drywalling.

• Must have your own basic renovation tools.

Duties:

• Perform restoration work on residential properties.

• Display a polite, responsible and professional attitude towards clients and co-workers.

• Interpret and work from schematics to complete renovation projects effectively

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and best practices.

• Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in home renovations and construction projects .

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Proficiency in a variety of renovation tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and tiling.

• Valid Drivers License (G).
